Under Settings Downloads, I've got my default save path set to one location, but all my finished torrents keep getting relocated to C:/Users/Username/Downloads instead. Make sure under downloads in Settings that Default Torrent Management is set to Auto and Category or Default Save Path is set to "relocate." Then when changing either the category or download path, the file will be automatically moved. Then right click on the file downloading, and select your new save path.
